Pricing and trial

How much does Pole Studio Manager cost?

Pole Studio Manager is $80 per month. There is no long-term contract. Additional locations are $40 per location per month.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. PSM offers a free 30-day unlimited trial, and no credit card is required to request the demo.

Are students or classes limited by the plan?

No. The subscription includes unlimited students and unlimited classes.

Classes and registration

Can PSM manage different levels and disciplines?

Yes. Studios can organize classes using their own levels, programs, genres, locations and rooms. This works for pole and for related programs such as aerial, circus, flexibility, conditioning and workshops.

Can I require prerequisites for advanced classes?

Yes. Qualification rules can require designated prior classes before a student is eligible to register. Studios can also use invitation-only or membership-based registration controls.

Does PSM support waitlists?

Yes. Waitlists can be enabled for classes where capacity is limited.

Can students register online?

Yes. The online client portal lets students view eligible classes, register and make supported purchases or payments based on your studio settings.

Can PSM collect signed waivers?

Yes. Online signed waivers are included so studios can collect agreements as part of the student registration experience.

Memberships and studio operations

Can I sell memberships and class packs?

Yes. Studios can create recurring memberships, packages, passes and other sales items, then connect them to eligible classes and services.

Does PSM support recurring payments?

Yes. PSM includes recurring and scheduled payment tools for studios that use ongoing memberships or payment schedules.

Can I offer payment plans?

Yes. Payment plans can be created for eligible purchases, including options made available through online checkout.

Can I manage private lessons and special events?

Yes. PSM can support private lessons, parties, courses, workshops, room bookings and other studio activities in addition to group classes.

Can staff have different access levels?

Yes. Admin, instructor and student portals are included, and staff permission levels can be configured so users have access appropriate to their role.

Can PSM support multiple locations?

Yes. Classes and schedules can be organized across multiple locations. Each additional location is $40 per month.
